Property Tax Abatement

• To help offset the costs for the new street, extension of public utilities, and redeveloping a previous structure the City Council of South Bend granted Keenan Court a 5 year Property Tax Abatement. This means that property taxes are estimated around $700 a year, for each of the next 5 years!
